At GSBR Research Private Limited (“GSBR Research,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality, data-driven research reports to our clients. Due to the nature of our products—digital research reports delivered instantly—all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations except in limited circumstances outlined below.
1. No Refunds for Delivered Reports
- Once a report has been purchased and delivered (via download link, email, or client account), no refund or cancellation will be issued.
- This applies to all company reports, sector reports, thematic studies, and any other digital products offered through www.gsbresearch.com.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may only be granted in the following rare circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same report more than once.

Technical Delivery Failure – If the report was not delivered due to a technical issue and we are unable to provide access after verification.

Incorrect Product Sent – If you received a report different from the one you ordered.
In such cases, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, providing proof of payment and details of the issue.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Contact us via email at contact@gsbresearch.com with your order details, proof of payment, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Cancellation of Orders
- Since our reports are delivered digitally and instantly, cancellation is not possible once payment is completed.
- For custom research projects (commissioned separately from our website), cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement for that project.
